

Here's how Essential Chef, as your
personal chef, works...
Before I begin cooking for you, we'll meet to discuss
your food preferences, your schedule and what pricing
plan best fits your lifestyle and needs.
I prefer to cook in your kitchen. This allows me to not
only leave you with the freshest meals, but to reduce
waste of plastic containers and packaging.
I will plan, shop, cook and cleanup for every scheduled
meal. I can cook several hours before the meal and have
it hot and ready on your stove. Or I can cook a week's
worth of meals and store them in your refrigerator or
freezer.
If you don't want to make any decisions on what you'll eat
for the week, I'll get to know your preferences and plan
and cook accordingly. If you find that you're in the mood
for something specific, let me know and I'll work it into
the menu plan.
I can cook any dish to suit your children's tastes. There
is no price difference to change a recipe for this.
Each dish comes with detailed reheating or storage
instructions.
I have a daily pay rate depending on your needs and the
amount of food you want. Groceries are additional.

As your personal chef, I always try to cook the
foods you want to eat. I will always keep in
mind food allergies and dietary restrictions.
The easiest way to control what you eat is to
cook it yourself, the second easiest way is to
hire a personal chef.
I will plan each entree or side with you or if
you want, I can do the planning from start to
finish. I will then plan my course of shopping,
most of the time I try to shop as local to my
cooking destination as possible for each
session. I try to shop the hour prior to arriving
at your house. I want everything to be fresh
and spend as little time driving around as
possible.
I will always cleanup and leave the kitchen as I
found it.
I will make 6 entrees, 6 sides and a
fresh soup or salad. So you each get 3
entrees, 3 sides and a soup or salad.
